Pakoras

In a spirit of solidarity, and also because I don't like wasting oil, I baked my pakoras. I put some in a very-well oiled muffin tin (and took a blurry picture), and some on a well-oiled baking sheet. They turned out pretty tasty both ways, and were served with (store-bought) mango chutney.
