Sorry I haven't posted in a while!
I just wanted to pop in and say "Hi!" I haven't made anything in a while because my husband doesn't like tofu salads and I'm not too crazy about them either. However, I've been enjoying reading about your cooking, and I'll be joining in the quesadilla recipe!
