proposal for next week (July 28)
Well, the heat wave has broken here in Iowa, at least temporarily, but there's still plenty of summer left, so I propose a summery dish next time -- how about how about Susan Voisin's Colorful Tofu Salad with Basil and Cashews -- it's light and pretty and has NO oven time. What do you think?P.S. Those loaves are looking great!

Sounds great to me, and since we're still in Loaf-mode for the week of July 21st - 28th, we can add this to the Week 7 cook-a-long next Friday (the 28th).
Sounds yummy to me! I must say, I get awful tempted by these early postings!
