Besan "Omlette"

I halved the recipe, and used jalapeno peppers instead of Thai.

Here is everything except the water together.
I think I added about 5/6ths of a cup of water.

I served the "omlette" (seemed more like a pancake to me) with smoked chipotle Tabasco. It was tasty, but I think it would be best served as a side dish to an Indian curry. I think I will try this in the future.

Looks like it turned out really well. I don't think I'll get a chance to try this one. I have something going on every night this week, plus chilis and I are not friends. :)

Kinda like a large, flat Pakora, eh?
Tamarind sauce might work well with this too.

Yeah, I was thinking it was going to be more pakora-like than it actually was. Chutney might still be good, though...

I was planning on making this tonight, with some oven potatoes folded into it after cooking. Yours looks really good!
