Oh, thank you very much for the invitation, Carla. I'm not sure I would be able to keep up with all the vegan recipes each week as my family isn't vegan and I often prepare carniverous dishes for them.However, I really enjoy and appreciate the recipes posted on this blog and I'm always dropping in to see what's happening and on occassion I do prepare some of the vegan dishes but I must confess, I am not 100% vegan, but more of an "aspiring" vegetarian :)p.s. yes, tapioca pudding and rice pudding can be very similar in appearance and taste but not in texture.
