A week behind
I'm going to the grocery store this afternoon so I'll be able to get the fixin's for the soup too but I finally made Bryanna's Marinated Tofu - I used frozen tofu for the extra chewy texture. Here it is marinating and this smelled really yummy!Sorry for the lousy photo, but this was really nice - crunchy and chewy - and nicely seasoned - I'll definitely be making this again soon...

Crunchy and chewy tofu is one of my favorite ways to enjoy that versatile foodstuff.
That's how I served it, with veg, but I didn't do it with frozen tofu. I used to freeze then grate tofu, I forget why.
