CCSCW cookies!Alas! I made a half batch awhile ago, and another half-batch last night. I followed the recipe except I added walnuts and shredded coconut. The coconut keeps them nice and chewy! The walnuts have protein so it makes them seem sort of healthy. The taste of the flax is stronger in some bites than others, maybe I didn't puree them long enough.
