Vegan Cook-a-Long: Carrot Asparagus Soup and Broccoli Soup

OH MY GAWD!!!!! Of all the soups... this is the best so far. It is such a basic recipe.. but YUMMY!!!!!

At first I thought this was the best one (the Broccoli).. but no... the carrot asparagus!

Carrot Asparagus Soup
1 cup cut up asparagus
1 cup carrot juice
2 heaping TBSP's tahini
1 tsp cut-up onion
pinch of sea salt

in a blender, blend all ingredients till smooth. Garnish, serve!
