it's friday..... who has a recipe?

I have tried making it with rice milk but it lacked the rich, creamy consistency that rice puddding tends to have.

Anybody from this vegan collective have a good recipe for vegan/vegetarian rice pudding?

Anyway, I did some searching on-line and came up with a rice pudding recipe that seems to have the potential for success and creaminess.

I'm going to be making this in my slow cooker tonight.

I'm not one of the regular vegan 'posters' and so I won't be posting any images of the results but I will let you folks know how it went and I would very much like to hear about how the results were for others.

Keep warm Torontonians...hmmm, maybe that's where everyone is...hybernating under their blankets :D
