sandwich standby for a rainy day

Slather mustard on one slice of bread and a bit of vegan mayo on another slice:

















Then put a slice of Tofutti fake cheeze on one side, and Yves phony baloney on the other. Bake or grill:















Melty goodness! Best served with oven fries or tomato soup!

mmm.. the phoney baloney kind is my favourite :) You know what I used to put in my Yves balogna sandwiches? Chips!

I've never had tofutti fake cheese - not sure if they sell it near me - but I hear good things about it!

i haven't had these cheeze either - does it melt well? i live for grilled cheeze sandwiches! mmmm...dip it in soup and that's perfection for me!

Tofutti soycheese slices are my most favorite. There is a mac-and-cheese recipe on vegweb that uses them and it's great. I haven't bought them in a couple years though because they're kinda expensive.
