cook-a-long with me!

Hey foodies! Want to take turns picking a vegan recipe each week, and cook it sometime before the next week? It might be a good motivation to try new things, and we can review and show off here! What say? I put links to free recipe sites on the sidebar, check 'em out, add some more. It'll be fun!

p.s. if you want to be a member email me: pink.vegan at gmail, and I'll send you an invite!

Coolio! Should it be a Sunday-to-Sunday thing?

yeah - I think so. Maybe the recipe gets chosen by Friday and the cook-a-long happens Sunday to Sunday? That way, if someone wants to try the recipe early on, they'll have weekend time to shop for ingredients...? Does that sound rought, or am I complicating it?

thanks carla! hmm, i think that makes sense, having a week to shop for ingredients, etc. is good.

though if i found out about the recipe on friday...i might want to go out and make it that friday (?)

and thanks for the food links! i lost all of mine when my blog half-died this week, so now i know where to find them!

Pre-weekend pprocery list is a wise idea. Who wants to pick the first recipe?

Oh yes, I want to join. I just got two new cookbooks but haven't had the motivation to try too many new items. This will do the trick!
