We made the yummy Rhubarb Crisp last night - it was so good that we then had it for breakfast this morning.
Ellie's right - you will need to add some sugar to the fruit - we made the full recipe and added about 1/3 cup.

I picked up 2 stalks of rhubarb at the grocery store this weekend planning to make a rhubarb tart. I was on the phone with my mom this afternoon and wound up with this amazing rhubarb crisp. (I didn't feel like bothering with a pie crust...) This is the apple crisp recipe from Betty Crocker cut in half plus some sugar since I didn't think rhubarb without sugar was a good idea. It was even more delicious than it looks.
